By using the True Distributor portal, you agree to these general terms for account access, ordering, payment, and portal use.

Portal Access

Access is provided to approved business customers and authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

Ordering

Orders submitted through the portal are requests for purchase and are subject to review, product availability, account standing, pricing verification, and delivery eligibility.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, promotions, final sale items, and inventory availability may change without notice. True Distributor may correct pricing errors, reject unavailable items, or adjust orders before fulfillment.

Payment

Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, card on file, credit card, or other approved account terms. By submitting an order with a payment method, you authorize payment for the order amount and any approved adjustments.

Delivery

Delivery is based on customer account, route, address, product availability, and operational schedule. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless confirmed by True Distributor.

Returns and Final Sale

Returns, credits, and exchanges are subject to True Distributor approval. Items marked final sale may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required by law or approved by our team.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, upload harmful content, or use portal information for unlawful purposes.

Changes to Terms

True Distributor may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
