Use this guide to place orders through the True Distributor portal.

How to Place an Order

1. Sign in to your customer account.
2. Open the Products page to browse, search, and filter items.
3. Use Add to Cart on product tiles, or use Quick Shop to enter items and quantities faster.
4. Review your Order Cart, quantities, item availability, and totals.
5. Choose a payment option and submit the order.

Quick Shop

Quick Shop is designed for fast repeat ordering. Start typing a product name, item number, or barcode, select the item, enter the quantity, and continue to the next row.

Order Processing

Submitted orders are reviewed by True Distributor before fulfillment. If an item is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or requires confirmation, our team may adjust the order or contact your store before final processing.

Delivery

Orders are prepared for delivery based on your account, route, product availability, and delivery schedule. Delivery timing may vary by area and order volume.
